We have an anxious 2-year-old pit/German shepherd mix, who unfortunately fell off the back seat and into the well, when I had to slam on my brakes. This made our somewhat anxious puppy even worse, and he was starting to avoid getting into the back seat altogether (even though he always loved to go for car rides before that happened to him). Once we purchased and put in the very solid back seat extender - it was a game changer! It's important to use the straps over the headrests by tightening them until they make the base very firm. Once everything is set up properly, at 57 pounds he can now confidently jump up and into the back seat, knowing that it is solid and will keep him safe. A slot is provided that allowed us to clip him into our seat belt and that gives us peace of mind also. We have even placed an extra bed on top of the extender, and he now LOVES to go on rides again!

This seat is very well made and keeps our dog confined yet she can move around in it. If you measure your back seat before buying, the fit is perfect!! Very nice for the price!

I am OBSESSED with this dog car seat! I have an 80-lb American Bully, and finding something that actually fits him comfortably has always been a struggle. Most “large dog” options are those full back-seat covers, which I really don't like because they block the entire seat and no one else can sit back there. But this one? Total game changer. It gives my big boy his own little safe zone while still leaving space for another passenger. He looks so comfy back there, and the only chaos he creates is adorably painting the window with his tongue the entire ride 😂 I usually have to replace these about once a year because they end up tearing, but this latest order is seriously the BEST one I've ever had. The material feels stronger, the size is perfect, and the quality is noticeably better than all my previous purchases. Honestly… if I could give this 10 stars, I absolutely would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fits beautifully and does not make my dog feel contained in like the travel kennel we used to put him in!

My dogs go most everywhere with me. This is going to save so much time when cleaning out the car. Very comfortable for them.

i have a Nessan Pathfinder and the was a perfect fit! it is stable enough for my 67ld and my 47 lb dogs together. It fits securely and was very easy to hook up.

Item fits well in backseat of pur Toyota Camry. It seems well made, but we've only used it once. We had to put down a rubber back floor mat on top of it because it was a bit slippery for our dog to stand on, or would be 5 stars.

loved the ease and fit of this i used it i n the back of my dodge 1500 for kids to sleep in while camping, sadly it ripped on the second night. if they fixed the quality and strength i would buy again

Missing straps! the cover seems to be fairly decent, however, the side straps are missing from the package. How do I get the straps? Do I have to return it and find a different seat cover???
