These Koia protein drinks are probably my favorite. They taste great, and I appreciate the plant-based ingredients and limited added sugar. The vanilla flavor of these Koia shakes tastes more natural compared to other similar brands' vanilla protein shakes, in my opinion.

Love this protein shake, it has great flavor. I drink it alone or sometimes I add it to my coffee instead of using creamer!

I like that it's plant based and not a lot of sugar I wish it had more grams of protein and had more flavor choices

I get these quite often I prefer the refrigerated ones but these are a good back up.

I enjoyed the taste very much and like that it is plant based and low in sugar. I thought it was a multi pack and didn't realize it was for only one shake and that's why I only gave it 4 stars it is very expensive for just one shake and seems very comparable to other protein shakes that are much less expensive for the same amount of protein per shake

pretty good, good for protein I'm not a fan of monk fruit after taste

It's decent.

I usually prefer another brand but I was not a fan os the flavor. Otherwise, it may be good in a smoothie.
