I have tried all four flavors of this product. They are nondairy, the KEY to deciding to try them . Now I usually have one in the morning with a light breakfast or fruit, another between lunch and dinner. They completely satisfy cravings for extra servings at meals and I don't snack between meals. It's too soon to declare that helps to lose weight, but my real goal is to be healthy.

My wife started drinking these after she had a tooth pulled, because she couldn't eat solid food, and she LOVES them. She's now tried the chocolate, vanilla, and cold brew flavors and won't stop talking about them. She's fully recovered (eating solid foods) but she is still drinking them. She's actually gotten her mom to start drinking them too!
