didn't like that the packaging arrived damaged. Once unpacked, it appears not to been harmed. I hope to assemble today, but there is a chance for rain so it may run to Saturday. I'll update the rating once assembly is complete if it is less than 5 stars.

It is a great rack for the price. It didnt have a perfect fit for my Ford 150 but i made it fit. Easy installation.

Delivered on time
I ordered this Kojem 60 Inch Universal Kayak Lumber Rack and it came on time . So I give 5 stars for on time delivery. I will post another review after opening the package and installing it. The package is very heavy and no where in the website mentioned the weight of the unit. Since one of the important detail(weight of the unit) is missing, I am only going to give 4 stars.

Missing Hwd with vague
I disliked the assembly instructions. They are vague at best! Have someone who can assess your unit and re-write those confusing instructions! Also a number of your large flat washers used with the largest diameter bolts were missing from the package! That sucked! Unit is pretty rugged other than that.

Not happy
As I have inquired to your costumer service department with no response, I give an “F” to product. Arrived with missing parts. Not happy at all. Gave as a gift. I am very disappointed. But thanks for asking. Now can you have someone please return my phone call.
