Had them both on in a matter of minutes after I opened the box up. My only regret is not buying 3 to a box, but thats all on me. I would buy this again if needed.

These racks are the best. I attached my solar panels to them and I now have power in my campervan and soonto go visit my daughter in Michigan..woohoo!

The set screw was broken when I received the product, and I had to drill it out. There was welding overflow in the crossbar holes, which I had to clean out. If I had purchased it from a store, I would have returned it for a refund. However, I contacted the company, and they sent me a new rack. The customer service is excellent, and the rack is extremely sturdy. Thank you, the new rack is perfect.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My order arrived once time, and Assembly was easy. The Kojem adjustable ladder rack is heavy duty. Unexpected at this price. I dropped a star off because the cross bars has surface rust because of thin paint. But I don't really have a problem touching up the paint job myself. i would definitely buy this product again, and would recommend it to others.

They have a fantastic appearance and are easy to install. However, on both sets I purchased, the large bolt that goes into the crossmember was challenging to thread, possibly due to improper tapping or debris like paint overspray. I had to apply significant torque. Adding a second large washer would likely resolve the issue. Overall, these racks are impressive.

when i opened the box a plastic hex screw was broken off inside the box took forever to get it out so i could put them together.

The rack is excellent and built to withstand heavy-duty use. However, it's crucial to ensure that the gutter clamps securely grip the gutter, or it may come loose. I had to adjust the keeper tabs to enhance the grip and secure them.

There is nothing to like about this peace of equipment (maybe the paint job ) from missing parts to totally wrong work sheet to sellers misleading explanation to being told if you buy the missing they would (out of the kindness of their hearts ) pay you $15.00, the problem with that is what they say will work will not unless you are willing to tap out the welded nuts so the bolts they say will work do work. Thanks to Wal-Mart customer service I got a full refund.

Can't get in on to the Chevy Express 1500 without alterations, it strips every screw, I tried everything and other guys tried also. It will take drilling this metal reposition the nuts that are welded on and something to stop it from stripping while it's bending the screws. I bought the strongest screws made to get it going on. No luck. It doesn't straighten up on the rack right. I wanted it to work so I can take it on and off if I want to but it's looking like only a metal welder can make it work, it just don't line up and goes crooked enough to bend then strip every screw in the world. The screws sent with this are the cheapest made. The bars are super heavy and great but that's all. The pic looks so neat and so easy. Well it's so impossible.
