Everything was great. Would be nice if there was a picture showing which way the step was supposed to be mounted.

Very sturdy, strong and well built. I am sure it will last many years. The price was more than reasonable compared to other models and shipping was free. I made the right choice!

Made very well but definitely need two people to assemble.

Item arrived in a box that was destroyed…. As a result, a portion of item was missing - the end cap for the handle is missing!!!! Would be nice to have complete item!!

It does somewhat work it was not simple to install,,there were no instructions,parts didn't fit properly. The parts are heavy duty. Since I got a good price on it I don't want to be to harsh,it will do the job. If you have common sense you can make it work.

The parts are not packaged well for individual shipment. 1st order was in terrible shape. Returned for refund. 2nd order arrived a little beat up, but decided it was good enough. I was surprised (for the money) how sturdy the steps are. But the supplied U-bolts are not big enough. Plan on a trip to the hardware store before install.

packaging totally unsatisfactory. lots of damage to powder coating, either improperly applied or damaged because of shipping. otherwise seems sturdy enough and very easy to install with no directions

This ladder kit came with u bolts that are too short for the 4” beam. They also are too narrow for the holes in the ladder. We are hoping to find u bolts in our area that work but it's possible that the holes are improperly placed. Either way, this is a poor product that cannot be used as it shows in the pictures or as it is stated in the description. Poorly made and wrong hardware. Obviously no one took the time to see if it could be put together prior to shipping it out. Do not waste your time and money on this one. I will likely have to return it because the holes aren't properly placed for u bolts.
