I was excited when I saw that this disc could be shipped directly to my home. It was not difficult to assemble and it is the perfect size for my compact tractor.

Instructions were absolutely horrible! Just pictures no explanation whatsoever. I filled every bolt hole and I have enough parts left to partially build another one . And because of poor internet explanation I know have to spend another $130 to buy other parts to be able to use it with my equipment

Comes in pieces. Instructions are not much help at all, none of the pieces are labeled. For the price may be worth the pain

I have tried to contact someone several times because we have parts missing for the plow and no one has gotten in contact with me to resolve this issue so now I'm requesting a refund so I can go and purchase elsewhere

First the disc came in, and the boxes looked like it came from a war zone and then two parts were missing. The company could or would not send replacement parts I had to make a templet and have the parts made after waiting for the parts two weeks went by. After all that the company gave me $135.00 off for my trouble. I had to put a lot more weight on the disc to just get it to cut. I feel this piece of equipment is nothing but junk.

Hey, I had a bad experience buying this item, reason, first was a package lost, and then they sent me the second package, but the is a part missing, I don't know

have not received full item got 1 box but it was supposed to be 2 boxes trying to make contact woth the seller no respond imma need them to refund me my money back.

the package arrived missing parts they ask me to verify that both boxes arrived if so send them pictures of the labels sent a picture of all the parts i was supposed to receive told me to circle missing parts if both boxes arrived i done that and its been over a week and still haven't heard anything back guess im going to have to buy the missing parts from another company just to be able to use this as expensive as it was its just sitting around not being able to use it i will never buy from this company again

Item arrived in two excessively damaged, taped up cardboard boxes with tears and holes all over and missing parts. Total lack of quality control and customer satisfaction. Product itself looked good but could not be assembled due to key missing parts. Now I am faced with returning 200 pounds of equipment and hassling over the return. I'd rate experience a zero if the app allowed it.

FIRST SHIPMENT UPS REJECTED AND WOULD NOT DELIVER SECOND SHIPMENT WAS AS BAD OR WORSE SO UPS DELIVERED ANYWAY KNOWING BOXES RIPPED OPEN AFTER INVENTORING PARTS MISSING ALMOST AS MANY PARTS AS RECIEVED
