Perfect tire carrier, with a little adjustment. As other reviewers mentioned, the pivot bolt needs to be tightened until the latch lines up. Impact wrench works well. After everything installed and tightened, this carrier is well worth the money, and 1/3 the price of the competitor. I use on RV to Alaska.

Bought to replace my roadmaster tire carrier which I bent badly towing a heavy trailer. This unit is a carbon copy of the roadmaster unit at half the price.

Installed spare tire carrier in the front of our Ford F350 for easy access should we have a flat tire while on the road for camping trips. Spare tire fits perfectly.

I have installed three of these tire carriers. Two for people that thought the carrier was welded together incorrectly and wanted me to modify it. I found the alignment problem is directly related to how much you tighten the pivot bolt. You have to tighten until the latch lines up correctly and the safety wing nut lines up properly. Easy fix

Bought the spare tire carrier for our motorhome. Built very well, assembled easily and worked great for attaching and detaching the tire.

Great product and service

Great once i got it installed. All of the places where they threaded the steel I had to use an impact wrench to get the bolts installed. Threading just not good like their threading tool was completely worn out.

It is made of heavy steel and appears to be able to work well. I think it will more than meet my expectations

Directins could be a little clearer. Very heavy duty

The package was ripped and taped shut. It was not easy to assembly. And a part seems to be missing. Cannot place tire on rack… will be returning to Walmart.
