Ordered this metal handrail to use on steps from deck down to patio. It is heavy weight, sturdy and secure. I used my own decking screws to attach it to my posts. Like it so much that I've ordered another one for the other side.

We needed hand rails for our porch - it's only two steps up from the patio, but some of our older friends had commented that they had difficulty navigating the steps without being able to hold on to something. These hand rails served our purpose perfectly. They are good looking, sturdy (surprisingly heavy), and easy to install (just two screws each - we used 1/4” x 1-1/2 inch hex screws with washers). The price was right - about half the cost of competing products, with no apparent compromise in quality. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase, and may order another pair for our rear porch steps ….
