BEWARE...DO NOT BUY THIS Piece of Crap
Beware, this is not what it states it is, it is not capable of bearing weight. On the first use, carrying a 50 lb. kayak, going 4 blocks on city road, this badly bent both bars . Phone number for E-GO Bike LLC and Ecotric go unanswered. First time use. No response from E-GO Bike LLC nor Ecotric. You have to put holes in the roof of your truck to install, because it doesn't bear (1) 50 lb. kayak, without bending....you have holes in your truck roof. I reported this to Walmart Customer service 6-9-21. They couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. We are waiting on an email response within 48 hours. Todays date 6-9-21.
