Rack is nicely constructed and looks great. The locks are cheap imported junk. I can see me having to upgrade them in the near future.

Comes with bolt on kit I ended up welding mines to the trailer solid and sturdy material. Great for what it's used for. The locks in the kits needed PB blaster and grease after their first rain.

It works alright as long as the rack is loaded. For the price you won't find a better deal that works, But if you have the $ find a little more expensive one.
