The quick attach conversion adapter appears to be sturdy and well made. The only reason for only 3 stars on ease of installation is because a custom mount had to be fabrcated for it to be used.

I doubt there will be many in depth reviews of this item. It is a rather specialized item that you have to understand before you'd ever buy it. It certainly isn't an impulse buy. A few things. This is heavy. I figured it would be thin and cheaply made but it really isn't. It isn't something you are gonna sling around on your own most likely. I can move it but it weighs 175lb or so. I installed it on a Massey 255. I bought it and it only had a hay spear. I bought a skid steer bucket and this. I welded it onto the hay spear brackets. I weld something akin to if you let a lemur have a welder. It took some effort to remove the red paint. It is amazing paint. You aren't getting this off with a flap disc or a wire wheel and my needler did nothing. Invest in a couple rust/paint remover wheels, they are the proper tool for this. A sand blaster would work too. It took 15-20 even with the wheels to get a welding surface. If your pins are backwards, you can just spin them with a pipe wrench(They assembled them backwards but they spin, you don't have to remove the bolts) I pushed some stumps down with the tractor after welding on and it held up great There is just 1 major flaw The quick attack handles have no tension on them and they don't stay up on their own. You'll see what Ieam the first time you use it. It is usable even though it has this issue It isn't a big deal but it requires messing with it to get the bucket to go on. This is fixable by removing the bolt that holds the mechanism and putting a rubber bushingz washers, or a bigger spring on it. It works as it is though. As often as I'll change buckets it isn't a big deal but if I did it every day it would definitely be a pain. It is pretty obvious how to fix it and there is a hole to get to it to do so. A bungie cord would hold them up if you don't care to fix it. I'll spend the 20 minutes to fix it eventually... maybe. That is the only thing keeping this from being perfect and it isn't a big deal. The price is right, it is well made It installs simply without issue.
