Kolchak - The Night Stalker (DVD) NEW

Was so excited to see that Walmart had this box set of Kolchak: Night Stalker. I remember watching as a kid and getting freaked out. My husband and I have watched three or four episodes so far on the first disc and are delighted to see all the celebrities that appear in the episodes. Looking forward to seeing the episodes we remembered as kids.

I've watched these when I was younger and got the boxed set. It was so worth it, what's also neat is even with HD these pictures came out like you used to watch when we were kids and teenagers, then nothing. But I saw this set opened when I got it and it's just like the old time pictures. Nothing gory just clean scary .

This is the first, and, in my opinion, the only Night Stalker. Anyone who is a fan will want this set. It's a little scary, but has some hilarious moments in it too. The violence isn't very graphic, so it would be suitable for older kids. If you don't remember this show, or have never seen it in syndication, you might want to give it a try.

This is an outstanding TV series! Lame by todays "Scary" movie standards to some but it is what got me into scary movies and horror films. Daren McGavin Is outstanding and reacts the way a normal person should act when they are scard......RRRUUUUNNNN. After the running, re-evaluate, study and kill the monster.

If you're a Darren McGavin The Night Stalker fan you'll like them even better in sharp, clear contrast to repeats on TV and without commercials. Even though this set doesn't include the first two full length movies it does have all 20 of the TV episodes of the lovable character that McGavin could only have portrayed. Enjoy this great product.

Takes me back almost forty years. It seemed to skip on the intro (start of the disc) a little that's the one star drop. Quality is great, and once the episodes start they don't skip at all. Episodes are on both sides of three discs and each one is 50 min. long. There are 20 episodes.

I used to watch the show and I really love it. Chances are though if you did not watch it you may see it as dated. They could have done a little better on the set, but over all it is pretty good.

Quality service and product at an affordable price.

I bought this movie for my husband, it had horrible problems. 4 of the discs didn't work right, so I sent the movies back & got my money back then Reordered thesame movies, but these did the same thing, 2 of the discs messed up. We are SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!
