Konami Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (Xbox 360)

this game is really fun. it is the same format as God Of War 3 on PS3. this game is really long. it is 2 cd's long. but it is very good. awesome graphics.

I had gotten this game as a gift and was skeptical to say the least. After an hour hour of playing it I can honestly say ive never played a game quite like this beautiful graphics, super engaging story that has twists and real depth to it, and the action sequences were absolutely top notch. I can honestly recommend this game to any type of gamer you will be amazed at what the game does to you I kno I was.

My favorite game

Honestly, I think this is the best console Castlevania game in a looooong time (since Symphony of the Night). The action is very well done. Bosses could be difficult at first, but not annoyingly so. Typically once I figured out the pattern, it was all of manner of execution. When I did get defeated, it never felt cheap or undeserved. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it looked and how long it was. The game is filled with gorgeous environments. The fact that it comes on 2 discs (huge for an action game) shows how much content is in there. Without the Castlevania name, it would still be a very good game; in fact, if you removed the name, you wouldn't even know it WAS Castlevania. It is definitely more straight-up action than exploration and seems much more like God of War than any of the handheld Castlevanias (or Symphony of the Night, which really started that trend). All-in-all, I'm very glad I made the purchase.

This game is hard to get into. The mechanics are childish camera angle is bad. It is not open world just a bad game all around
