travel perfect
great for travel. bring only what is needed for how long and pre-measured packets !!! no bulky bottles .

The only fiber product works for me
It is not easy to find right fiber product, after numerous try and fails, I finally found Psyllium. It helps me from constipation and has no side effects. TIP: dissolve it in a liquid with little salt, such as clear soup or warm milk with little sugar.

Great product, in a travel-friendly packet
I've used Konsyl for years - it's the best fiber supplement available. I buy these pre-measured packets for when I travel. Very easy to pack, and use.

This product was recommended by my doctor. I was kind of hesitant to drink at first because similar products either make you feel gasy and bloated and taste nasty. But I was surprised. There's no taste just a bit grani. I drink with pineapple juice. It also makes you feel fool.

Wish I could take it, but can't handle it.
It's just awful to swallow and mixing it with yogurt or oatmeal just creates a bulky mess you don't want to eat! Taking it in pill form is just more manageable even if it means taking many of them.
