I recommend Kool Aide for that refreshing relief! It comes in all flavors, and even sugar free versions. I have acid reflux and have no problems with this drink. I don't use as much sugar as it's still realky good...has 10% vitamin C added, too!

all right, most people do use Kool-Aid to drink - but not me. I actually used this in a buttercream frosting to flavor it for cupcakes - it worked great! I got so many compliments on this frosting it tasted so good. be creative try different things you might be surprised.

Haven't had kool-aid in 20 years, i remember when they were like 10 or 8 for $1.00. I try and stay away from sugar so i make a pitcher of this and add Stevia blend and pour over ice, brings back lots of memories, thats what we got to drink with dinner growing up and we loved it. koolaid has been around since i was a kid. its better than drinking pop all the time plus there has never been anything that compares to koolaid. i can't believe they are almost 50cent a pack now since Covid and you get less in the packs at times. The world try so match to change things now that some should have never changed changed that and some of the flavors.

This is a cheap drink and you can control how much sugar you use. I recommend 1/2 cup if you want low sugar, or 3/4 cup if you like sweetness. A full cup is too much. I just wish we could still get the invisible kool-aid. That kind was funnier and dye-free. I won't buy the regular koolaid very often because of the artificial dyes it has.

my wife seems to like this crap. the last packets we purchased had six that were completely empty and yet they were sealed.Maybe it's the only way they can sell this crap!
