Great cooler no problems.
Upgraded our cooler with this one and very pleased with the coolness that it dose and the amount of food we get in. Plus we sometimes use it like a fridge in our suv. Great product. Only thing wish it would come with a adapter to plug into house out let like our old cooler did.

Safety Issue 110V AC to 12 DC overheated connector
Got this as a gift; used about 6 times total on cooling only; and this time in May when plugged into 110v AC for overnight cooling via the connection to the 12v DC converter power supply with female socket it overheated and melted the male plug at the tip and plastic internally; we could smell burning plastic that could have resulted in a fire had we not been home to catch it.

Not a cooler. Maybe a maintainer
It has been plugged in for 24 hours on cool and it has done nothing. Didn't try the heater. I wanted it because it stood on its side but the closure mechanism is too weak to handle it in a bumpy / rocky environment. The fan is cheap I think you need to load it with items that are already cold.
