great little freezer. was received with multiple dings and dents, but nothing that affects the function of the freezer. works well, seal is great and fits well in our small apt.

I ordered another freezer first, the shelves kept falling down so I returned it. It was priced at $395. I ordered another freezer that cost a good amount more. It was exactly the same size as the first one but the shelves fit perfectly, but it cost me almost $200 more just to get the shelves to fit.

It arrived in good time There were a few dents but then again, they only had 1 woman loading and when I saw her, I got my boys to help unload. This is ridiculous to have 1 woman doing a man's work by herself. Not only that, I'm sure that 1 man would have had trouble. This freezer is as big as a medium size man. So I just kept the dents to remind me of how shorthanded company's are because of so many lazy people in the world. The freezer is doing good.

Love this little freezer. It was the perfect size and delivery was quick. We exerted from Amazon and didn't receive for 2 months so canceled and ordered this one. Received in less than a week. Not giving higher rating because it was dented in three places when received but am keeping it due to needing one for so long.

The size of the freezer is great for what i need. When we unpacked it, noticed a pretty significant dent on the right side. this seems to be common upon reading a lot of other reviews. i havent plugged it in yet as i may return it.

Just the right size to slide into a position but it arrived dented in three places now I'm not sure if the damage could in a long run create a problem with it malfunctioning want a extended warranty

Took over a week from when I placed my order to when they actually shipped it. Arrived over a week late and with two large dents. Seems to work well so far.

I shall be requesting to return this freezer for a refund OR, a replacement. The refrigeration works fine, but the door seal and its alignment do not. The door will not close well enough to retain the cold air inside the unit when the door is closed. Ice forms outside the seal, and the compressor must work all the time to keep up with the leak
