Easy to install on 2.4 Ghz wifi. Status and control on multiple devices works fine and updates in real-time. Manual override button prevents "click frustration" or being stuck in the dark. Great little idea. Used one as a remote router hard reset. Click off, wait 20S, click again

This 2 pack of Smart plugs were super easy to get connected to the wi-fi. Using the Smart Life app, they were easy to detect and add in to the app. Once in the Smart Life app I was able to link it to my Samsung SmartThings account and Google so I can use voice commands to turn them on and off. Would certainly buy again! (One quick note---even though they are square they are singularly a little too large to fit both stacked on top of each other on the same outlet, so plan to use them on separate outlets).

These plugs are great! Just got them today and downloaded the app to my phone. You can set timers, schedules and basically turn them on and off with your smartphone. Since they're a twin pack, it takes a little getting used to to activate through Alexa. I have them plugged into our end table lamps in the living room. You have to make Alexa know you want them both on or both off. You can also program them for one to come on and one to turn off either through the app or giving each plug (lamp) a different name. All in all, I like them and would recommend to anyone who wants to use a timer along with Alexa or Google assistant to control their lamps.

Fast delivery, easy setup very convenient. Nice to control lights etc. From any where. Only complaint wish had on indicator on the application like my other smart plugs have. All in all very nice. Thanks (•‿•)

I have 3 amazon devices and these plugs would NOT hook up, after watching a youtube video where his device found the plug right when he plugged it in, it was time for me to head these back to the store. plus the tablet says plug flash blue and red these only flash blue. not trying again.

I never received them. I was sent a flash drive. I paid for a flash drive instead of these. It would be nice to receive them at no charge. I can return the flash drive, it is still in the package it came in.

I should have listened to the last review. These don't work. I messaged the company and they insisted I wasn't smart enough to read the instructions. I did, and I tried online suggestions. Still didn't work. Don't waste your money!!

Ordered these 2 and neither one worked. One did not do anything and the other makes a clicking noise. I have these same plugs and they can be a pain to learn how to program them, but I know how these were just both bad and trying to return them has turned into a problem it is like the walmart program says I haven't ordered anything in months and this is simply wrong. They are having some kind of technical issues. As for the plugs, these work fine once programed, but they had similar ones at Lowes for black a 4 pack for 20 bucks, I think 5 a piece is about right, these are a little expensive now considering the technology is getting old.

You need to what before using them? Change frequencies from 2.4 to 5? The company name is not on the list from Alexas app? For a smart plug it sure makes the consumer feel like an idiot!! Not user friendly! Unless you are a rocket scientist or at least a computer nerd, stay away from this plug.
