The filing cabinet instructions are simple to follow, but it does come with a YouTube video that guides you step by step. The only part you have to be careful is when your putting the back piece of the drawers has to be align perfectly because if it’s not aligned it would be difficult to remove. But overall a very nice filing cabinet. It comes with a set of keys, which can be folded up when not in use so it doesn’t get damaged. Come with gloves. You can’t even tell that I was put together. That how high quality this is.

I loved assembling this filing cabinet. The booklet was very clear, but if you didnt understand it had a video for you. The cabinet feels very sturdy. The drawers are very smooth sliding. It has a lot of storage. It is beautiful in my home office. I would recommend.

When I got this metal filing cabinet, the upper door is already scratched, that is too bad, I emailed my review last time after I got this cabinet, but never get the response from Walmart.

The file cabinet looks good in the picture. I finally got it assembled and the is no latch for the keys to attach to. The cabinet cannot be closed! Disappointed as it really looks nice and sleek.

How can you review when you do not receive the assembly instructions. Still waiting for vendor response after 4 days

We followed the instructions and the video provided. The railings are not secure enough to support the drawers properly. One of the drawers we have to twist upward to get to fit. It took us an hour and a half to put it together, and I refuse to take it apart to return it. Not satisfied at all with it. The drawers do not close properly.

When I ordered the cabinet I thought it would be great due to the price, the lock ,and the style. When I opened the package the top of the cabinet with the lock the was side was bent. I knew immediately it wouldn’t connect to the other parts. Then I checked the other parts some of the other parts were bent as well. Quality control was not a priority for this order. So disappointing because I really wanted the cabinet.

I removed the items from the box and began to assemble. However the channel on the back for the sides to go down into is too narrow (3/32 inch) difference, and cannot be forced. Tried to reach out to Walmart (where I went through to purchase the item and was told since it was from Kooyon I was not eligible for a return or refund through Walmart. I was told to go through Kooyon. Kooyon is from Luoyangshi, HA and I could not reach them by phone so I have sent them a message and am waiting on a reply. I think that Walmart is going to allow you to purchase an item that they should be the ones held accountable for returns.

hard to give a review because the handling of the drawers bent the edges, i am not able to assemble.

Came with scratches and dents and fingerprints. Terrible quality!
