Nice looking,well made,packed well,quick delivery… I didn't understand how to use it. The directions were just pictures therefore, I wasn't sure what liquid you put in to burn and make the fire. I was a little afraid to try it without having more clear directions to understand how it works.

My daughter got one for her housewarming . My sister seen it and felt in love with it. So I searched Walmart for it even though my daughter got hers from Amazon.

wow, I just received and tried it out right away. It is very cute and lends a nice ambiance to my outdoor seating area. I am happy I purchased this and would recommend to others.

I haven't used it, I'm excited to. It's a simple apparatus, however the instructions are horrible. It has small pictures, nothing is written out? Like Cotten, do you keep it with alcohol, or is it part of packaging? No instructions on how to distinguish, I'm sure the tall black thing? According to pictures, even that's confusing. I'll figure it out, it just would have been nice if the instructions had been written out, clear and decisive.

I think i like the premise of it. It is not good for cold weather. For where i needed it, it gave off too much of an odor. Probably do better for larger area.

rocks fall all over the place when you remove the glass and have yo rearrange them every time

Happy that item arrived quickly but it was damaged. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. Item was returned to store.
