Comfortable chair. Easy to put together. Cushions are nice. I am concerned about the odd seat cushioning. One star off because the foot rest release is one of the dumb pull cables instead of a handle on the side. Why did manufacturers ever decide to remove the side lever to raise and lower the foot rest? It worked, far better than anything that exists now.

It's small, I bought 2 for two different sized people. We feel like we're sitting on kids chair. It's cute and functional but not practical if you are 5'10 and 6'0. The massage motor sounds like a loud exhaust from traffic driving by. But for $220.00 I guess I shouldn't complain.

the arm pads keep popping off and the quality is n I t as i expected. comfort is not great hope it gets better as I t gets broken in. my husband loves the cup holders and i love the color. haven't tried the massage and heat yet kinda afraid to

Not as big as the picture shows. Can not imagine someone over 300lbs sitting in this chair, it would crumble.

Hi guys I purchased this gift for my husband for Father's day. Do not recommend for somebody that's 6'3. He likes it for the swivel but its way too small looks like a children's chair. The padding is not the greatest quality and low firming. The massage and heat are very very disappointing if you can call it those features so if a rocking chair is what your buying save yourself the money wasted on a purchase like this and put the extra in on something more suited for your needs.

Absolute worst piece of furniture I've ever owned. I've never had a recliner actually cause me back pain. This is just poorly designed, no support, when reclined my lower back hits directly on a wooden board with very thin layer of padding over it. I would have returned it if I could. I've purchased other, similarly priced recliners of the same style from Walmart vendors that were a much better quality. Even for the price, it's not worth it.

Piece of junk. I have only had the chair for two days and have nothing but multiple issues withvthe chair. Looks like it's going to be a hassle to return the chair because it's sold through a third party seller. I was hesitant to buy the chair and wasn't expecting a high end chair. just needed something for a smaller room to last a couple of years. This piece of junk didn't last 5 minutes. Stay away from this product. Move on.

Tacky looking. Cheap construction. Color off. Ashamed to have it in my house. Definitely don't recommend to anyone.
