The color of the chair is so beautiful and comfy. I love it! The only thing I really don't like is the chair doesn't have the wooden handle to make bottom for the feet to go up n down. What most chairs have. Instead it has like a pullcord inside the arm of chair to release for the feet. But I do love it rocks and I can swivel around. like I said U love this chair.

this chair is amazing, It heats up as well as massages your lower and upper back! It was easy to install and looks fantastic!! I would recommend this to anyone!!

This chair was of good quality and easy to assemble. However, the color was not solid, most likely due to the material, which would have been fine if it had not stood out so much next to my new solid black sectional.

Very easy to assemble. Massage units can be a bit loud when running - okay in a private house, but may not be ideal in an apartment or where floors are shared between units.

I like the comfort of the chair. Also the swivel , rocking and the heat and massage is fantastic. I dislike the way you have to pull a lever down inside the arm of the chair to recline. It would be alot better if the recliner part was built into the remote or a seperate button for this.

3 star rating.....the recliners are comfortable, relatively easy to put together and the massage and heating controls do work......however, every single one of these that we bought (and we purchased four of them) needed the foot rest altered. ALL of them would not close because the foot rest wood under the upholstery was too long and slammed into the sides of the recliner making it impossible to close. Thankfully my husband and I are handy and were able to unstaple the upholstery, cut the wood underneath to the right measurements and then re-stretch and fasten the fabric back over the wood plank in place. Now all the recliners' foot rests close properly. Buyer beware.....you may get 75% of what you were looking for but with a 25% elbow grease investment in order to reach 100% satisfaction.

I'm almost 80 years old and I had great hopes for this recliner. The massager is about like your phone when it vibrates. The USB plugs don't work. The skirt in the back is cut too short and won't attach to the Velcro. The foot rest comes out very easy But to put the foot rest down I have to crawl over the arm and lay the chair back and push the footrest. It does swivel and it does rock so two out of three ain't bad I guess. I'm going to keep it because I'm too old to deal with it and send it back. Besides, ever since 2020 nothing I buy has been worth two cents. Digital technology is booming all other kinds of things are not worth buying ..

The recliner was not the color that I requested. It was not the dark brown that was shown in the picture. It was more of a medium brown. Also the placement of the the massage for the lumbar area was too high for me. Not elderly friendly because it is hard to get out of the chair.

very difficult to assemble. footrest and electronics do NOT work i was told id hear back in 24 hours. its been SIX days and nothing! its becoming obvious that it is Not a reputable company! im disabled and cannot pack it back up, and i dont have a printer. the customer service is despicable. im at a loss.

When it came there were broken pieces . I was going to return it but I slept on it and figured out it was just for packaging , there was nothing about them in the instructions . The real issue I have is that it flips over !!! The last three days I went butt over tea kettle !! Spilled my coffee!! Also there is no head rest so your head just dangles and when it reclines. There is a huge gap where your but is .
