Recliner came on time and was well packaged with no damage to the boxes. Was easily assembled in less than 30 minutes. Quality appears to be very good for the price of this recliner. Bought the extended all state three year furniture warranty from Walmart in case any problems do come up overall I feel like it's a great value and I would recommend it.

I was really nervous about buying recliners from Walmart but now that I have them I really wish I had done this sooner. The chairs are so comfortable and the extended foot rest is perfect for my tall husband to sit comfortably. The heat/ message works a little too well (it's always putting me to sleep lol). on top of all that, my favorite feature is the tilt on the headrest, I love being able to see the TV with the chair reclined and not getting a stiff neck trying to manually hold my head up. I would definitely recommend these chairs they are perfect.

Amazing!! Beautiful, and comfortable. Can't believe i paid less for this than my other furniture! The color and texture is soft and nice to the touch. Mechanism is silent and smooth. Set up piece of cake. I would buy another one if i had the space. This would be a great gift for someone special.

This 2 motor chair was a great deal for the money. I was looking for a wide chair that sat higher than most and this chair delivered. I took only 10 minutes to assemble and has such a great variety of pockets that it stores all my knick-knacks required for tv viewing. The electric motors are both fast and smooth which is something many recliners don't have and it makes raising and lowering so much faster. The cushions are on the firm side which is to expected from a chair with a 385 lb weight load but will probably soften up over time. All in all it is a great addition to the family room and with its infinite variety of positions makes reading a book or watching TV a pleasure.

This chair is so comfortable, soft fabric, recline fully to sleep in it raises up entirely to help you step off of it and has been a tried and true blessing for me to have this to help me. Enjoy my living room again and be able to get in and out of a chair after surgery. I would highly recommend this to anybody.?

This chair arrived in two separate boxes which we were aware of. Both were delivered together. Assembly could t have been easier. Everything lined up perfectly and there are really only 3 steps plus plugging in the remotes and power cord. We are very happy with this chair. The measurements are spot on and it is very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone but especially for elders or those like me that will be recovery from surgery.

like the color and ability to adjust foot rest apart from the back.I paid for someone to put it together. If I was younger I would have been able to assemble it myself. The heat and massage are nice but very mild . So far the chair is comfortable and just what I needed.

Very easy to assemble but two people definitely better than one for aligning tracks where pieces connect - recline and lifting operate smoothly - haven't really used massage or heat so I can't comment - not sure about long term quality as only time will tell - comfort is ok, I am short so I wish the seat was not so deep and the back not so high but it was compromise I chose to get weight capacity at affordable price - the color I chose (orange) matches the image i saw and goes well in my living room - I think this is good value for the money

Purchased chair and bottom:seat of chair had a broken piece that caused issues with the reclining and lift mechanism. Finally after a few emails back and forth, I was sent a new bottom/seat. While waiting on the chair and the resent part I was trying to find out where my 3 year warranty was that I paid for. Still have not heard anything about it. After receiving new bottom/seat and putting together I feel that chair is going to break again. Left arm sits away from chair and it has made different noises while just sitting in it like it's going to break again!!

absolutely the most uncomfortable recliner we have sat in. It is very hard, my right foot went completely numb sitting in it. the only good thing I can say is, I was able to get out of it because of the electric lift on it. no paperwork/ receipt in the boxes, shipping was fast. I am so disappointed, I need this type of chair
