I'm very happy with this recliner, no problems to note with it so far. I'm a big guy, 6'2" and there's plenty of room, and everything is nice and sturdy. It has nice soft fabric and is very comfortable, while still being firm enough in the right areas. The heat and massage functions are nice, love being able to control the massage to several different body areas, or simply use them all at once. I've never gotten a recliner with features like this, and plan to use them frequently. The chair has 4 pockets, 2 on each side that are large enough for a laptop, books or whatnot. Overall a great purchase and I would highly recommend this recliner.

Great Buy! I am very happy with my purchase the price is great overall the swivel is excellent. Very spacious for a big person. I got the black leather very nice soft the only problem I have is where you pull to lift up your legs, little hard but maybe as time goes by it gets easier to open. Has a massage settings goes from legs to neck you plug in perfect for me. I love it very comfortable and cushiony.

So far the chair is comfortable. It takes up a lot of space though. I have it about two feet from the wall just so I can fully extend. Also, it would be nice if you could go in between sitting up straight and extended flat. Is there a way to do that?

I really like this chair. I bought two dark grey. Easy to assemble. I didnt give five stars because its not as plush and soft as id like but i dont sot around all day so it was fine. The massage is more of a vibration but thats fine too bc i bought it for looks and value, not bc i needed a massage. Im impressed overall and happy w my purchase.

Love this chair. Looks nice and is great quality for the price you pay. The massage part is really just vibrating but heat works nice. Didn't really get the chair for the massage feature so it's not a big deal but it's comfy and can't beat the price. Very easy to assemble.

The recliner is ok. nice fabric and color. Hard as a dickens to put together. (comes in 6 pieces) It is NOT a oversized recliner. It is more of a standard size and it is lower to the ground than a oversized one would be. Will definitely not be buying this again. I will go ahead and pay the extra money for a better quality and size recliner.

My husband and I recently purchased this recliner in preparation for the arrival of our baby. After opening the package, we discovered that it has a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, this makes it unsuitable for use—especially with a newborn in the home. We were very disappointed, as we expected a new, clean product. We would appreciate a prompt resolution, as we need a safe and odor-free chair for when the baby arrives soon. As of right now, I would not recommend this product because no one wants to deal with this, especially right before the arrival of their baby! If all can be resolved, we will be happy. The chair itself is a good size, comfortable, and easy to assemble.

Don't waste your money. I've only had it for 2 weeks and the recliner is no longer working. I'm really disappointed because the massager on the chair is amazing, and it's really comfortable. This was brought for my nursery and my baby hasn't even been born yet.

Put together today by a"Pro" and 90 minutes later it is in two pieces. I leaned back and the chair kept going If I had video it could be used for one of those I've fallen and can't get up commercials because I was flat on my back with my legs straight up in the air. It would be funny if it wasn't so painful. Would not recommend this chair.
