It was indeed, easy to assemble. Instructions have pictures, but the wiring was a bit tedious. Finally figured out most plugs are different shapes. After that, it was a snap! Highly recommend. Stops at any position you want, which is outstanding.

easy assemble. decent price not as heavy as most lift chairs good padding only negative aspect is its lightweight, could easily tip over when leaning to the side.

I absolutely love my recliner!! It was so easy to put together. I recommended it to my friends and family. I recently had surgery and my nurse suggested i be in a recliner for recovery for two weeks. I compared this to one at Home Depot and I’m glad I chose this one. Its big! The color is bright and beautiful. I would usually choose brown or black, but I decided to brighten things up.

Wow, really nice chair! I'm 71 year old woman, but I got it inside, 2 boxes, and assembled in an hour. i'm fully reclined and ready for my first nap in it. i love the silver blue color, called pewter. the cushioning is far better than past chairs I've had. I hope I'm as delighted in 6 months. Happy camper, I think my two Pomeranians can sleep on it with me, it's wide.

we previously bought a smaller version of this chair and were pleased with both the ease of assembly and the operation. Because of that, I looked for the same brand, after reading a ew war stories about assembly of other brands. This chair did not disappoint. I had it put together in under an hour and a lot of that time was spent simply removing packing. I'm a 72 year old woman and I assembled it by myself. My husband is lightly disabled and this will be a big help for him. Performs as expected. Recommend

Great value! Speedy delivery. I broke my femur %26 this chair as essential in my recovery. There are more expensive chairs, but this chair was quick delivery, easy to assemble and lowest cost available.

It works and it is comfortable. It has a few mechanical issues occasionally but overall it does its job. It did give us a scare because it dropped down rapidly while my mother was letting it down one time which wasn’t good because she had knee surgery. So far it’s only happened once though. Outside of that it made some noises like twice and it still works. We are only one month into having it. Make sure you get the warranty.

this chair needs more cushions in set and back it is very uncomfortable to set in. I had two chairs in living room because of my and my Husbands problems but one got broken during Christmas holidays so I bought this chair but I wish I had considered another chair.

I've had it less than 30 days and it has a short circuit in the massage and heating function. I had to disconnect the cables. Now I'm dealing with a repair or a new one, even though I bought the protection plan. I am not happy at all.

This recliner comes in two boxes. One was delivered, no problem, and remains unopened. For some reason, the second box was not delivered and was returned to the shipper Korser. Walmart referred me to Korser who referred me to FedEx which has impossible customer service. I've given up on this item and will work on getting a refund.
