I bought this beautiful recliner for my husband and for me, it has truly exceeded our expectations. The power lift feature is a lifesaver. The massage function is gentle and soothing, especially after a long day. It's very comfortable, and the infinite position settings let his find just the right angle whether he's watching TV, reading, or taking a nap. We are loved this chair, quality and comfortable.

All I can say is I'm glad I read all the reviews! Gave me confidence to order for my husband who had hip surgery and is very hard for him to get out of the old recliner we had. Surprised at the quality and comfort for such a reasonable price. It looks like the lift mechanism is strong as it states up to 350 lbs. The set up was very easy and the color grey is perfect to match our other furniture! The material is very soft and its firm for support but not hard. It came in 2 boxes 5 days earlier than said it'd be delivered. No damage. I did get the Extended warranty (Took the advice of another reviewer) cause it is an investment. Haven't tried out all the other options, heat, message etc. yet but I would highly recommend this lift chair. My husband is 5'11" weighs 188 lbs.

I bought this for my elderly mom, who has leg pain and struggles when sitting down or getting up from the couch. This chair has made a big difference, it's much easier for her to sit and stand now. Easy to assemble! Very comfortable!

I'm very pleased with the chair. The shipping came in three days. The chair was very easy to put together. It's very light weight. The description of the color says brown, but the chair is actually a gray tone. There was a protected piece of plastic that was broken on the chair. We eventually figured out that it was supposed to be pulled off anyway before the chair could be put together. The fabric is very smooth so my hands slide on the armrest when trying to get a grip to stand up. I wish it had come with cup holders. Overall i think price was just ok! I did purchase the 3 year warranty, but I only bought the chair for a pending surgery that's coming up.

Ordered recliner due to having knee surgery very uncomfortable seat is very hard back of chair not very stable. Would not re-order or recommend..
