It took no time at all for my SIL to put it together, it kind if small, but I'll make it work. It moves sloooowww as molasses, but again, I'll make it work. It looks good in my room, though. I can see a lot of naps happening in this chair(in the recline position). Lol. Bought it for myself for my 60th birthday to watch my new 55" TV that was bought for me for my birthday. The blue is so pretty!!

it is too small. not big enough for an adult needs to be bigger. That is for a very small person who is on their last limbs. I was very disappointed with this chair.

It's missing a piece so I am unable to put it together completely. The piece screws on so someone didn't prepare it properly. Also, I was unable to zip the zipper on the back piece. It's made very cheaply. In the picture below, the piece showing is supposed to have a bar screwed onto it so the other piece will just slide on. As you can see, there is nothing there.

I live in an apartment complex. on the 2nd floor. No elevator. I have metastatic breast cancer. I asked the seller to deliver this chair to my apartment entry door. They left it outside at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor. I had to get maintenance to bring it up to my apartment. I paid the $79 install fee, but no one came to do the install. I had to have someone else do it. I asked for them to refund the $79. Overall this was a poor experience.

I give it 0 stars if I cound it is a nice Chair. I bought it for my Mom for Christmas. it stopped working less that a week later. tried to take it return it the company refused to do so. the item is returnable till Feb 1st. would not recommend this company.

I am handicap. Hence why I need a lift chair, The cord attached to remote is to short %26 when I fully lift chair cord comes unplugged. I have gotten stranded in it. %26 this morning I go to sit %26 put in sitting down position, remote don't work again. I'm done!! I want a refund!

After 6 weeks this chair stopped working. It won't go up or down. I have contacted the company but have heard nothing back. I just sent a second message..... we'll see what happens.

Purchased this lift chair for my nephew because he had surgery yesterday. We put it together a few days ago and it won't lift the button is Will not work.

First took out of box it has a slight lean when raising. The remote seems to have a glitch in the funtions when took out of box. My sister had trouble getting it to raise and lower. After a week and a half she got stuck in it layered back. I couldn't get it to lower and thought I was going to have to trash it. I finally got it down and unplugged it so it can at least be used in sit position. If I had bought it from the store instead of ordering it I would have took it back. Wasn't worth the money.
