the little chair appears to be very comfortable it is not for a big person but it is great for the space I needed it for the condition is very nice the Heat and vibration work very well I would recommend this chair to anyone needing a certain size to fill a spot

I loved the fact that it was so quick and easy to install. instructions were very clear. it's soft and comfortable! I was tired of sitting on hard stiff sofas. Its easy to get up from the chair, the arm rests are comfy. Good material for the price of the swivel chair. You're most definitely getting your money's worth. the only one thing I did not like is the color. Online shows a pretty chocolate color, but instead it's a light kind of brown but I'm not about to go through the trouble of returning it.

There was a problem with FedEx dumping the delivery in the middle of a very wet driveway rather than the front door as requested and he seen me at the door waiting. Once I managed to get the boxes in through the garage, up the stairs and thru the laundry room I unboxed and found a very nice chair. Assembly was a little tricky. Its quite difficult to pull the handle to recline. I'm hoping that will loosen up. The heat and massage are very nice. Overall I'm very happy with the chair but VERY dissatisfied with the carelessness and rudeness of the delivery person.

Initially I bought this chair for my Daughter in law and son's nursery to be used soon. In the description I though it only was a rocker/recliner only to find out it also has heat and massage in the chair as well. Original price was over $500 but purchased it on sale for $260. What a nice surprise the head and massage was. Will come in hand for the mom to be when the baby finally gets here!!

It swivel and rocks great. The armrest was but inside the chair metal mechanism. It was impossible to remove the arm rest. Had to have some disassemble the chair. Huge problem. Once chair assembly, the velcro is not strong enough to hold the armrest down. A inexpensive chair wirh serious problems.

everything about the product is really great except for the reclining part is very hard for a small senior lady to operate. also the pillow on the side to pull the handle to recline does not stay put.

I like the color of the chair and it was fairy easy to put together. but it is poor quality it leans to the left . i also dont like having to reach down inside the side of the chair to pull the release pully for the foot rest..its just not ergonomicly correct..

The chair wasnt made for anyone especially old people. l almost got hurt tryingto get out out it. my right arm is still in a lot of pain from tring to pull that jevel up so the foot would come up. them once its up i had to kick it to stay in. im 85 and could have broken a bone. need to send it back. i called it in, was promised a refund but never heard any more

the parts were incomplete and it is falling apart, this purchased were made for a person with disabilities and it does not function right. I have sent messages to Walmart asking to send someone to fixed it, still waiting for help. Buyer be were.

This picture does not look anything like the chair I received. I'm trying to return it for the last month and my emails to the seller have been ignored. I would not recommend this item.
