It was easy to unwrap alone, it’s heavy but can be done with one person if needed. It fully puffed up as soon as I opened it up fully and I let it expand for 8 hours and it’s comfortable! It’s pretty good if you need something cheaper. Worth what I paid for it personally
I purchased the KOW 12-inch Twin XL Mattress expecting a pure memory foam hybrid, as the title suggests. After opening the box, I realized it's actually a combination of memory foam and pocket springs, a detail only found in the product description. I was initially disappointed and considered returning it, but decided to try it out. The firmness and price are great, and I have no complaints about its comfort. My only concern is its long-term durability, as I believe a full memory foam mattress would be more resilient. This was a good lesson for me to read the full product details before buying.
Totally NOT a hybrid matress. This is just a cheap innerspring matress! The springs go from the very bottom to the very top. There is about 1cm of padding on top of the innersprings. When you sit on it, the matress compresses to about 1/3 of its thickness. Lying on it is okay but you will definitely feel the springs stabbing you if you are a side sleeper. In short this is a blatant case of false advertisement. This would be okay for small children but definitely not great for adults.
when we got this in Sept it was great... this quickly declined. we turn and fli it constantly because you sleep in holes. 1 to 2 adults use this usually 1 about 220 lbs. this is awful... I bought it due to the great reviews. this is either a horrid mattress or I was lied to. I put a good topper on it still awful
The mattress didn't fully expand and there is an indentation down the center where there isn't any insides. You can't sleep in the middle. also one corner didn't fully expand. It was also dirty straight from the plastic, almost like it was used.
The bed I received is only 10 inches deep, even though the box is labeled '12.' It arrived folded in half and now has a permanent crease and a bump in the middle, 2000141-99516985
Do NOT buy this mattress. Feels more like a box springs. If you're lucky you can find a spot where a spring isn't poking you in the back. Not as described, no padding on top at all. Contacted seller, blah, blah, blah on the comfort, ended up getting a $50 refund. Stay away from third party sellers.
I never received the mattress. According to Walmart was delivered to wrong address. Walmart was great for customer service. However seller was 3rd party, and they were horrible. They emailed me multiple times after Walmart contacted them, each email simply saying I had to wait 48hrs. Has been weeks and * have received no mattress and no refund. I can't afford to be wasting money, but I need a bed to sleep on. Eventually just ordered from Amazon
This is a third party provider for Walmart. I needed to exchange for a different size, and it has been a complete hassle. DO NOT order from 3rd party on Walmart. Walmart will not stand behind the service. I am having to work directly with the supplier and it is awful.
The mattress is a lot harder than what is published for, it has no cushion whatsoever. It doesn't feel like a memory, foam mattress, again, it is published. No one can sleep in this mattress. My son went back to his sisters room since she went back to College. He has not been able to sleep in that mattress.. I am waiting for the company to return the mattress, and they are asking me to pay for shipping myself. I intend to exchange it. So far it has been a horrible experience. Besides, the company, Kaola never replied to my concern. I had to call Walmart customer service, and spend a lot of time on the phone.
