These push up bars are made of a pvc-like plastic. I was wondering why the weight limit was fairly low - now I know why. The good news is, this is easy to put together. you just slide the pieces on and you're done! It does feel slightly cheap, but it works.

These push up bars feel sturdy and stay stable while I am using them. They are made from plastic, so keep that in mind if you are expecting metal. The plastic feels very strong though, and I do not notice any flexing while supporting my 120 pound weight. The handle padding is medium grade. It is not super cushioned, but it is not too thin either. It feels about right for a product at this price point. What I really like is the additional range of motion. Since the bars raise my hands off the ground, I can go deeper into each push up. I can also easily change the angle of the bars to target different muscles without having to overly twist my wrists into uncomfortable positions. They are super lightweight, which makes them easy to move around and store in a drawer or under the bed when I am finished. Overall, they are sturdy, simple to use, and add some nice versatility to regular push ups. For the price, I would recommend them.
