I got this to add some variety to my exercise routine, and I really like the idea behind it. The different positions are clearly marked by muscle group, so I don't have to wonder if I'm varying my hand placement enough or targeting what I intended. I can just follow the board and know exactly what I'm working. It also comes with resistance bands. I'll be completely honest I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to do with them and probably won't use them, but it's still nice that they're included. The carrying bag is a great addition too and keeps the board, handles, and accessories together when I'm not using it.

Exactly as described, Comes in a neat little box, is lightweight and easy to store but sturdy enough to support a 250 person and 100 lb person on the handles. Not sure about the counter, seems to use pressure or motion but kept up. The resistance band seemed like it was okay if you're looking for a light arm workout... Or to swoop across to add a little resistance on your push-ups. Nice little add to the home gym.

At first I thought it is cheaply made plastic....not so. This device is sturdy and durable. The handholds go into slots easily. It takes some effort to remove them. While doing push ups it is stable and I'm using it on a carpet. The elastic bands attach easily and securely to the board sides. Great for travel. Will fit in the suitcase. The instructions are the only downside. They are tiny and printed with pale ink on a white background. It inspires me to exercise and for me that's a big deal. I hate exercise but will do this.

It's a great easy, easy way to target different muscle groups by doing pushups. The build quality is there, and in turn so is the value for your money. No lie, this thing is great. 😁 Just be sure you have 2 AAA batteries. 😉 As an associate, this is my honest review.

easy to use and adjustable positions. i use a yoga mat with it for comfort for my knees since i have a back issues. love the fact i can adjust it for my comfort level and strengthen by back and shoulder

Pretty cool item. I ordered by mistake, but I plan on using it. The quality is pretty good and I like that it all fits nicely in a little bag so not more clutter lying around. I don't like that the battery pack requires a screw to stay on or it pops off, however it does come with a tiny screw driver to put it on.

Works well and makes doing push ups easier to target different muscle groups. It feels sturdy and is easy to use. Overall, a good addition to my workouts.

The quality of the board is flimsy but the work it puts out is pretty decent. Bought this for my teenage son who's into his physical appearance and he's grateful.
