Kozyard Atlantics 13' x 10' x 8' Beige Aluminum Polyester Pergola, Retractable Canopy

We ordered a cover for our pergola and made a mistake while ordering. Customer service jumped in and fixed it quickly. When we got the cover it was correct and we were happy. The quality of the cover is outstanding and we are very satisfied.

It looks good but I had to hire professionals to assemble it. It took them 4 hours to set it up. A normal customer couldn't put it together. The instructions were in many Instances not clear

This was exactly what we needed! When we purchased our Kozyard pergola a few years ago, it originally came with a beige canopy. We opted to purchase a gray replacement instead of beige, and it's beautiful! The canopy is the same high quality canopy that came with the original pergola set. We are looking forward to getting several more years of enjoyment from our Kozyard pergola. Thank you for offering the replacement canopies. It makes a difference having the exact canopy for a sleek and tidy appearance. Very happy customer. :-)

Was fairly easy to put together except for a typo saying to attach to hock with no picture instruction. Spent an hour researching what a hock could be when realized meant to be hook then some time to figure out hook should have been ring. But beautiful, shady and caused a frenzy of planting of flowers to enhance our new room

I bought a similar product last year, I am pretty sure it was the same manufacturer. It is clear they made a number of important improvements in the design. The one I installed last year collapsed in a strong rainstorm because of water buildup in the shade cloth.

Easy Install. No returns a problem. Install went without a hitch. We have three 10x13 pergolas. The original design made the canopy install and replacement easy. Just need them to make the return/exchange process possible, just in case something doesn't work out.

Delivery was quick. Packaging: more than 2 beams had dents (see pics), plastic caps for pillar were broken. I look forward for seller to contact on this. Packaging did include extra bolts and screws which was nice. Assembly: not too hard, can be done quicker with 2 people Installation: drilled it into patio pavers. Also used pot filled up with marblestones as stablizers. Quality: its holding up in rain and winds and looks nice. Other: needs a hooknor something at backside to hold the strap that closes canopy, because if you dont secure it in closed position it will open with wind.

Just installed, so can't comment to longevity and how it will hold up in wind. Looks very nice on deck, provides good shade, and we'll eventually secure to deck. Some parts came a little bent, but otherwise good condition. However, it took us 6 hours to assemble!

When you assemble it, make sure you position the columns with the holes facing inward, otherwise you will get to the end and realize that you have to take the whole thing apart and start over. Alone. At 9:00 at night. Once that was done, it looks great and appears to be well built.
