The cups are great but it's hard to separate the holder that goes on the outer part of the cup.

The plastic sleeves are hard to take apart (they came stacked tightly together). Otherwise they work well to protect your hand from hot coffee once you separate them to use.

Good deal for the price.
Unfortunately these are not as thick as solo or chai net hot cups. So they are hot to touch and therefore they send you those plastic rings. Would prefer them a little thicker but those tend to be much more expensive.

I like that stir sticks and sleeves were included . Sleeves won't stay in place. seam in one cup popped and coffee weñt everywhere. ANOTHER cup top had an extra random hole. Thank goodness i szw it before I burned myself.

worst cup ever the lids don't stay on and the cup itself collapsed. Do not buy.
