Kraft America's Classic Individually Wrapped Candy Caramels, 11 oz Bag

I love these caramels. I have loved them since I was a kid. They are delicious and chewy, but not too chewy. They go great on apples and for any other of a myriad of caramel uses, except one... I recently bought a bunch of these for use in a culinary construction project to reconstruct the pyramids. The size and shape of each caramel is inconsistent. The non-uniform nature of my caramel stones caused my pyramids to come crashing down. No matter. I ate them all!

These are good in every way. They taste delicious and just like they always have that I can remember in my many years. The bag has a good amount and is a decent price. They're good for candy making, baking, or just eating. They aren't too hard, too soft, or too sticky. I recommend this brand all around.

I poured this bag into a glass jar to keep it fresher, meaning to keep the moisture level where it is. Peeling off the wrappers can be tedious but there has to be a way to keep these from sticking to each other. You can only find better caramels from high end premium candy brands.

I hated your order site. It said FREE delivery and then charged me $6.99 because I didn't order $35. Also the expiration date on most candies are 1-3 years. These were old and hard. When I went to your store to pick them up there was a Big sign on the building PICK UP. I went where the sign sent me. There were Pick up signs but they were all covered up. I went into the closest door and was told the Pick up was on the other side of the building. I went there and there was nothing. Finally I kept going and around the back of the building was the Pick up. I called the phone number the signs said to call for my order. An answering machine said "we are closing early tomorrow for Christmas" The "leave a message and someone will get back to you in 24 hours. I sat and waited for some employee to walk out with another persons order. When someone finally did I went over to them. They bought out my order finally. I never got any kind of receipt!!!! I got home and the expiration date on the candy was almost here. I hope they will melt. I called an complained the Customer service. This is a joke. He told me he would give me a $10 coupon to use on a $15 order. Then I would be charged $7 because it wasn't at least $35. So he was giving me a total of $3. Also I could only use it on the Website . I should by $15 worth of groceries, have to pick them up from Walmart to save a whopping $3 . The generosity was very UNDER whelming.

I always preferred Kraft Caramels to Brachs because it seemed Brachs were shrink wrapped and Krafts were neatly folded with easy to open edges with triangles! But their Quality Control seems to really have fallen behind, these were so poorly wrapped and some weren't even wrapped

Individually wrapped carmels are nice to have around. Will knock down your sweet tooth right away. But I gotta say, they are "different" from the kraft carmels I had in years past. Weird. They're good....but diffrent from what they were over the years.

I was missing 2 items on this order, Fisher half pecans %26 Kraft carmels, I received the carmels after my message of the two items but have not received my Fisher half pecans or have been given credit if you were out of stock. I would appreciate a reply on this matter. Thank you.

I like to make goodies for a clinic that I go to. One thing that I used to make was chocolate covered caramels. Kraft caramels were perfect. Lately I have not seen them around in stores I frequent. I ordered an off brand online and they were so small and difficult to open. I saw Kraft caramels online at Walmart and ordered. I should have known everything is getting smaller over time. Oh, and they are to soft to my liking , don't taste the same and are also difficult to get the wrapper off. Disappointing. Just my opinion.

These caramels taste nothing like they used to. They basically have no taste at all so if you plan on using them in a recipe or just enjoying them by yourself, I suggest using workers these caramels taste nothing like they used to. I ordered two bags of the Kraft individually wrapped caramels ;however, I was sent one bag of the caramel bits, so I don't know how the individually wrapped caramels tasted. Each bag of the individual bags of caramels was $3.22. I ordered 2 bags and was only refunded for 1 bag. So I can't give an honest review of the item, but I can give a review of my delivery and the results of my conversation with customer service.
