Kraft Coleslaw Dressing, 16 fl oz Bottle

I usually buy the deli prepackaged regular cole slaw but decided to buy a bag of tri-colored fresh slaw in a bag as well as the cole slaw dressing to go with it. The bag of fresh slaw is nice and crunchy, but I can't use it fast enough before the cabbage starts turning brown, which means I probably won't buy the big bag of slaw anymore to make fresh cole slaw using this salad dressing. I do like the taste of the cole slaw dressing just tasting it out of the bottle, so I'll have to come up with another use for it. I won't be buying it again because it is expensive - that's brand names for you.

This is one of those dressings that takes the guesswork out of making coleslaw. The flavor leans slightly sweet with a noticeable tang, which gives you that classic coleslaw taste without needing to mix multiple ingredients yourself. What stands out is the balance. It's creamy enough to coat everything evenly, but not so heavy that it feels overwhelming. Once it's mixed with cabbage or a slaw blend, it distributes well and doesn't leave dry spots or clumps. I've used it with both pre-shredded mixes and fresh-cut cabbage with carrots and onion, and it works the same either way. It pulls everything together quickly and gives you a consistent result without having to adjust much. It also works beyond traditional coleslaw. You can use it as a base and tweak it, adding black pepper, a little vinegar, or mixing in peppers if you want more bite. That flexibility makes it more useful than it looks at first. If there's anything to note, it does lean slightly on the sweeter side, so if you prefer a sharper, more vinegar-forward slaw, you may want to adjust it a bit.

This along with the angel hair slaw bag from product makes a good, uncomplicated slaw. No hard cabbage or shredded carrots that some of us don't like in a slaw. Just a plain tasty slaw. Kraft Coleslaw Dressing is much more budget friendly then the jarred dressing sold in produce depts.

This is the only salad dressing I can tolerate when I throw beetroot slices on my lettuce for medical reasons. It is very sweet tasting which is probably what negates the rough taste of beetroot ingestion. Note that it also has a counter-productive high glucose content and liberal use means high calories. Great taste but do not know how much of it is from natural ingredients versus factory processing.

I love the taste of this Kraft coleslaw dressing. It makes for some good delicious homemade coleslaw. I always grab this when I'm craving coleslaw for dinner.

It's a little too liquid. However, the taste holds even water some mayo to give it ore body. You can add ingredients to your taste...more vinegar or sugar. The prices of the others are ridiculous and also probably need a little modification.

I keep coming back to this dressing. We like a creamier rather than vinegar flavor. This is closest to what we like. I shake it before pouring, but it doesn't seem to separate. Allow the dressing to "blend" before serving, about 15 minutes. I found you actually need a little less than it would first appear when pouring it in. We don't like it "drowned" in the dressing.
