Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese 4.5 lb Jar

I used it with linguini to make pasta. Goes very well with thick pasta noodles but not that great with thinner noodles like angel hair.

As one on keto/carnivore diet, this jar is the perfect size. I can use this to make pizza crust, breads, all sorts of goodies. Really happy to find the bigger size!

This is a great size to have on hand. We use it in a lot of different things. It adds a nice zing to just about everything. We aren’t a large family, but we go through one jar of this pretty quickly. This is a great price for a good product, and it shows up on my Sam’s list every two months or so.

What is there NOT to like about Parmesan cheese? I use it on and in most of my dishes. When stirred into a homemade roux-based sauces with whipping cream or half-n-half, the sky is the limit! This parmesan cheese is not too dry and not too thick. It easily melts while maintaining a cheesy identity.

The only issue with this is the short expiration date on the product. Everything else is great.

The cheese is fantastic, but the corners cut to deliver it leave something to be desired. After it arrived the first time with no box, I told them about it. Then it arrived a second time with no box. I told them again. I understand things are expensive, but you don't expect to find a food item sitting on your porch with no box around it. Who knows what might have happened or who is playing with it. I'm sure the Kraft people will be none too happy when they bare the brunt of legal actions if someone ends up poisoned. You have to really think before you start doing things like this.

This product expires in 4 months, not happy about that todays date is 04/2026 product expires 08/2026

I purchased this item on February 3, 2021, and received an expired product. It had expired on January 3, 2021. It is unacceptable to be sending expired products to customers. I would like a full refund.
