This is really good cheese and we use it a lot for taco night, nachos, and quick dinners. It melts well and has a nice flavor blend. Kraft is a brand we've bought for years and it's always reliable. We do slightly prefer Sargento overall, but this is still a great option that we'd happily buy again!

very yummy cheese blend. a very good blend that makes everything cheesier in a good way. it's always fresh and seems to last a good while. the ziploc top works well to keep the cheese fresh.

Not sure why they call this Mexican Style Cheese because not one of the Four Cheeses is Mexican Queso Fresco. It's deceiving. No Mexican white Fresh Cheese in this bag. But hey, it melts and the guests were all gringos anyway. I could have fed them a smashed piece of white bread and called it a square tortilla and they would have called it Tijuana authentic.

The shredded cheese varieties seem to have a waxy taste lately. I don't know if this is now standard. I might join the ones shredding their own cheese.

I like shredded cheese, but when it is finely shredded to the point of being too fine, it seems coated and 'woody' . It loses its taste. I found it tasteless and bland and couldn't even be realized in the taco I made, except for the tiny strings. Very disappointing. I needed the cheese flavor to balance with seasonings and it just wasn't there.
