Kraft finely shredded Parmesan is good. It has so many different uses. I like the texture and taste. I can see using it in salads, burritos and other dishes. I've never tried it on sandwiches because I have other cheeses for that.

For a pre-shredded cheese this is my go to when I'm in a hurry to get dinner on the table quickly. It tastes great and comes pretty close to block cheese.
