Kraft Natural Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, 8 oz Bag

I purchased this Mozzarella for a casserole. I combined shredded chicken, milk, heavy cream and sour-cream along with chicken stock, half of the mozzarella, fresh mushrooms and good seasonings. Everything went together well and made a nice looking casserole. Then I topped it with Italian bread crumbs and shredded Mozzarella. It really turned out good and that was because the Mozzarella was awesome!

this is my favorite grated cheese. it makes great quesadillas! it melts really good and it tastes wonderful! I melted unscrambled eggs as well and it's so delicious!

Sprinkle this creamy cheese over your favorite Italian dish or hamburger. I love it over eggplant parmigiana. Great taste and texture and calcium to boot. What a deal!

GREAT CHEESE. USED FOR LASAGNA. BROWNED TOO MUCH FOR MY LIKING. WAS COOKING AT 325 AND WAS COVERED WITH FOIL. WATCH THE HEAT AND TIME. OR USE IN THE DISH, NOT SPRINKLED ON TOP.

Love this cheese. From my pasta dishes. To my 3 cheese potato salad. No work. Just sprinkle. No clean up of your cutting tools. Its fabulous. And fresh tasting. For those salads at lunch time. Plus it lasts a long time. I can't say enough.

I bought a different brand at a dollar store that many people use; after microwaving it, it was like hard plastic. Ever since then, I will mostly likely always use this/Kraft when making my homemade pizza but will never use the dollar store brand. Kraft cheese always tastes great so far!

WHAT TASTE?, WHAT SAVINGS?,WHAT TEXTURE? IT DOES NOT MELT LIKE CHEESE ANY MORE. ALOT OF THE FULL FAT. NOT LITE, OR LOW FAT ARE THE SAME WAY.. SORRY BUT ITALIAN FOOD CHEESE HAS TO BE CHANGED FOR A FEW PENNIES MORE........SEEM'S LIKE THE SAYING YA GET WHAT YA PAY FOR.

I'm sure the product is fine. I wanted one 16 ounce bag. They substituted two 8 ounce bags which cost more. I think you should make a price adjustment and charge for the original purchase of one 16 ounce bag.

I purchased this Kraft Mozzarella Cheese the other day to have chili and cheese and it will not melt. Just makes big gooey globs and dries on dishes like concrete. Almost impossible to get off. I guess because Kraft has added so much anti-caking agents to it. It will no longer melt and if dries on dishes like concrete, I can’t imagine it being digestible. I have always loved Kraft Mozzarella Cheese but I will no longer purchase this product and do not recommend for anyone wanting a cheese that will melt in chili or on corn chips, tostadas, etc.
