This faucet is amazing. It looks great, feels solid and works great. The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well. I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs. The shipping was excellent and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a fantastic faucet. Not only is it beautiful, but the installation was straightforward and exceptionally secure, unlike many faucets that rely on a large plastic wingnut to hold them in place. The mounting system feels much more substantial and inspires confidence that the faucet will remain solidly anchored. The integrated water filter is a huge plus, and because it's built into the handle, there's no need to drill an additional hole in the countertop. The overall height is actually a bit lower than listed in the specifications, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. I'll definitely keep an eye on Kraus for similar upgrades in the future.

This faucet is way better than the one that came with house, house is only four years old.

This is a nice faucet. Simple to install with very clear directions. The good thing it comes with very long connector hoses (wire shield) so you will most likely not need to buy any. Like all new faucets, no need for a basin wrench to install. Just need to make sure your existing hole is not to large for the faucet. Took me 15 minutes to install after I got the old one off. The hoses are easily marked (red & blue) between hot and cold.

I must reveal that I had never heard of the brand before this purchase. Selected it on the internet primarily because I liked the way it looked. I also read some “reviews”. Very nice product, great packaging, exceptional quality, easy install. Apparent attention to detail, would buy from Krauss again. Also bought an undermount sink and soap dispenser, very pleased. Hoping the reliability is as impressive, time will tell.

I wish I could comment about the endurance of this beautiful faucet but It's only been a couple of weeks since we had this stainless steel beauty installed. We are loving everything about it, from the ease of the pull down spray head to the switch from stream to spray. I am handicapped in my shoulders and hands and I can easily pull the spray head down into the undermount 9" deep sink we have, rinsing every corner of the sink. The Bolden 18" is perfect for spaces that can't use the taller faucets. You won't be disappointed if you go with the Bolden!

This has been a great faucet for my mother! It began to leak from the spout. In order to change the cartridge, it has to be taken apart. To get the handle off requires an Allen wrench. The problem is that knowing the location the screw is difficult. After searching many websites for the photos of the install, no picture of the inside of the handle was shown. I will attach one here if I am able to once I have submitted the review.

The faucet looks great, but I stalled it in January and it broke in February. They sent me a replacement hose in less than two weeks, but the guy was kind of snooty for someone selling broken stuff. Just go with Delta or something and pay for quality.
