Both Kraus products exceeded my expectations! The sink is everything wanted. The faucet coordinates perfectly! Great combination.
Stainless steel drop in Kraus sink with added insulation for sound insulation. and faucet is high quality with fittings our plumber approved of!! Kraus answered any questions I had prior to our on line purchase.
My faucet was leaking after 2 years of use and I sent in video of faucet not working and they are sending a replacement faucet head with no charge. That is good customer service and and they make it very easy to contact them.
I just put it in a week ago and I love it! I wish you made shower fixtures! I've been shopping for a rain shower system and I've been so happy with this I would buy one from you if you had them! I removed the 1.8 GPM flow regulator and replaced it with the 2.2 GPM but found that it was splashing too much. My sink is in an island and I have been spending a lot of time wiping up the counter. Of course I lost the other one and have just requested a replacement from you.
Glad I Went Online
We are very pleased with our new Kraus faucet - now just need a new kitchen to go with it! The plumber who installed it also said it was a very good quality German faucet and NOT made in China, which is a good thing. It works great and haven't seen a spot yet!
I moved and wanted (immediately) to replace the kitchen faucet with a Kraus like the one I had installed in my previous kitchen. I absolutely loved my old Kraus faucet -- I installed it myself -- first faucet I ever installed -- great instructions -- piece of cake! However, my previous model was no longer available so I choose another. I chose a similar style. I've only had it for a month but it looks spectacular, works great, I'm a happy camper!
Build quality is fantastic. Installation was a breeze in granite. Mated with the undermount Blanco sink. Water pressure is adequate with the 2.5 gpm washer on the hose. The only issue I have is the reach of the hose with a deep undermount sink. You have to pull quite hard to overcome the spring tension to get down low. I fear this could lead to damage of the hose. If the spring was a tad more compliant I would rate it 5 stars. It is still a very good faucet for the money.
I installed this faucet a few months ago after reading great reviews online. However, most reviews failed to mention the low flow condition this faucet produces. I read over the manual and it states that a separate flow regulator was included to remedy a possible low flow condition that I am currently experiencing. No such regulator was included in my packaging. I am currently in the process of reaching out to Kraus to have this matter corrected. I want to be clear that I do enjoy this faucet and it matches perfectly with the SS deep sink purchased from Kraus as well.
We have had this faucet for 3 years. A year ago the spray/strean selector started failing. We would get a constant trickle from the spray holes. Over the last 12 months it's has gotten worse. Today i disassembled the pulldown spray head and discovered the rubber gasket has degrade and is disintegrating, just the gasket on the lower chrome valve. Definitely a manufacturer defect. I would love to know where to get a replacement. @Kraus Also the upright on the faucet is wiggly in its fitting. It doesn't leak. It works, but it makes the product feel flimsy and cheap. Otherwise it looks great.
