I buy for my Greek husband. He love it!

I learned to love Taramosalata as a child and still do. It arrived cold and the jars were in perfect condition. Great packaging.

There was a slight mixup and have to say that customer service was beyond excellent! I love this taramasalata and appreciate the quick response to my issue. Thank you, pleasure to deal with igourmet, shipping was fast, and the packaging was perfect, everything arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent balance of flavors and texture! A real treat anywhere but especially in a place like Montana, where many ethnic foods simply are not available. My hostess there is a real taramosalata connoisseur, and she was ecstatic. I myself was worried that it might be too fishy, but it was not at all. Wonderful on the various Italian flatbreads and with kalamata olives.

Third purchase. First one I found in Tarpon Springs specialty shop and so glad igourmet carries this! Every time I turn around my husband is eating this on top of something different. Everything from crackers, vegs (cucumbers, daikon, celery) and now atop a piece of cheese. I have to warn you that I find it salty, so I'm kinda particular on what I choose to eat this spread. I enjoy it mostly on appetizers with crackers. It is a healthy product and am still surprised because of it's color ' spreadability that it does not contain dairy.

My husband is Greek and years ago he introduced me to this spread and I loved it! We moved out west several years ago and we could not find this product anywhere until I found this place. Its pretty pungent stuff so it may not suit you if your a fussy eater. We typically eat it on toasted pita bread but recently I tried it on sliced radish and cucumber and it was delightful.

Have had in restaurants here in Orlando, Fl. And I feel this item tasted better and fresher. Friends who had never tasted Taramosalada nor fish roe for that matter loved it. Extremely satisfied with quality and order time for delivery. Thanks j.j.

A small increment shy of the standard of a master Greek chef that cost a fraction of what I would have TIPPED at his restaurant. Use in place of smoked salmon.

This is not a good example of Taramosalata. I have tried many brands and this particular one is very tart and fishy. Taramosalata is usually creamier with a less fishy taste as the roe has been blended better.

this item did not arrive chilled. it was totally warm. I'm not sure it can be eaten
