Kristin Ess Nanoblack 3-in-1 Flat Iron 1"

Love this iron and have had it for years and still works as it did when I first bought it. The only reason it gets only 4 stars is because sometimes it does catch a hair between the wand and the plate even though that is one of the points it highlights that it doesn't do. But besides that, it's great and straightens easily and quickly. I can do flips or curls as well. The photo I included was a little 1 min go through because I was running late and needed to tame some of the frizz I have. When I have the time to do my hair fully, it comes out perfect and quicker than most products. I have very thick and semi-corse hair. I also can easily pack it and it comes with a plate protector for traveling.

Please help i have only had this iron a couple of months and it no longer works! I loved this iron so much it was perfect but i don't know what happened.
