i gave these as christmas gifts to my family. Several of them had difficulty in removing tool from the holder. once demonstrated, they understood. mind you, the folks i gave these to are all in there 70's and early 80s and were definitely not expecting a tool of this nature. However, they were very happy to receive them once they all understood how the tool was to be used and when/why.

The car window glass breaker and seat belt cutter arrived very quickly. It was very easy to remove the escape tool from the holder. I was pleased to find that the escape tool had some weight to it. Both items mentioned seems to me to be important to facilitate escape in an emergency. I bought the 10 pack and will make sure each of my family members receive one to place in their cars

Two escape tools at a low price. I hope I never have to use it but it's reassuring to know I have it in case of an emergency. I like the tool holder they lay in, easy to detach by pulling on tab on top of tool. Has seat belt cutter/slicer on end of tool handle for leverage in slicing through thick seat belt material.
