Kroeger Herb Rhodiola Rosea 90 Vegetarian Capsules

The benefits of Rhodiola Rosea root include: greater energy, endurance and stamina, greater mental clarity, memory and alertness, greater confidence optimism and self esteem, enhanced immune system functioning, improved cardiovascular health, regularity of heart beat and more Muscle Recovery I find it to work for me in all these ways. Great herb and this is a brand I would count on.

Helps for stress with no side effects!!

I feel calmer without being sleepy.

I find I handle stress much better when adding this herb to my supplement routine. I take it in the AM on an empty stomach with a cup of tea to allow for maximum absorption.

I brought this medicine for my husband a few weeks ago. I was very doubtful that it would work as they said it would. Oh how wrong I was. This medicine works wonders. I told a few of my friends to try this and they loved it.

A great quality herbal extract made by a company with good integrity. Also, this company uses no excipients, fillers, or flowing agents in their capsules.

Seems to boost mental alertness & more awake in the mornings.

I like this brand, but this particle herb states on the bottle to take 3 per day. Most Rhodiola Roses, you take 2 at the most. Either this is not a good value or each pill is not strong enough.
