Nice tasting waffles. The texture is a bit chwey when it cools down but it great when hot.

Artificial
I love the simple and affective packaging. I rated this mix 2 stars. The pancake was light and fluffy, but the artificial flavor was a little too noticeable for me. There's little artificial pieces that resemble rope candy in the mix. Compared to the other mixes this is my least favorite. I wish it had real blueberries added in. It's quick and easy to make and works in a pinch. I would not purchase again.

Kristen's Blueberry Pancake Mix gets a disappointing 1 star. The flavor falls flat with its imitation blueberries — it tastes artificial and lacks the richness of real fruit. Texture's fine, but the taste is a no for me. Wouldn't repurchase. I only followed through making them because I needed to send photos to my mother in law who used to make them for her son on his birthday. Otherwise not edible or worth the effort even for boxed.
