Krylon Dulling Spray, 6 oz.

This spray is a necessity when photographing glossy merchandise. I had several figurines that had been poorly finished with a glossy dark enamel, causing reflections where there should be shadows and making the photos visually confusing. This fixed the problem and brought out the beauty of the pieces. A previous review is complaining it ruined pencil work. It's not an archival fixative and you shouldn't apply it to anything delicate that wouldn't withstand scrubbing.

Another review complained that this product ruined her artwork. THIS IS NOT A FIXATIVE! IT IS NOT A PROTECTIVE SPRAY FOR ARTWORK! It is used to create a matte finish on non-porous materials primarily for photo shoots. I have used it with great success for decades.

Nozzle clogged almost immediately. What little discharge we got, did the trick but there was still a vast majority of surface left uncovered. Not sure I would try using this again.

My framer used it on a colored pencil drawing. It reacted with some of the more fugitive colors and made them literally disappear in a week's time. I was most unhappy as it was a prize winner at a local fair and was entered into another show the next week. I couldn't put it in the next show.
