KRYLON K09738008 ENAMEL CLASSIC GRAY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with this enamel. Upon opening the can, the smell wasn't over powering, it was actually really tolerable. The enamel itself is really thick. Upon stirring it you can tell it's really thick. I liked that about this. Upon applying it, it went on really thick and barely dripped. When it did, I was able to easily smooth it out and spread it. It looked really good once applied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently used this paint when painting on my husband's parts for his truck. It worked extremely well and it DRYED quickly. My husband said he would use this paint for ALL projects due to the fact its water and scratch resistant. He has used several different brands, but this one seems to hold up better for the BIG jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The krylon anti-rust paint works great! We used on a rusted stool and the paint went on smooth and covered well. We will also be using this on a trailer used for atvs. Will keep an eye on the stool to see if there is any rust, especially since we live in a rainy area. Overall, great paint and would purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently given the opportunity to try Krylon rust tough protective high gloss enamel. I chose to use this product on an older freezer I recently inherited from my parents. After a light sanding and wipe down, I used a small roller to apply the paint. It provided good coverage, but should be noted that it was covering previous white paint. The can states that the paint is dry to touch after 4 hours and able to be handles after 8. Additional coats should only be applied after 24 hours. My project did not require a second coat. Clean up requires mineral spirits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it seemed very liquidy even after mixing. However, it applied very evenly. Good coverage. Minimal drag. It has a typical oil based paint odor but nothing overpowering. Typical drying time for this type of paint. Good product. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Krylon Rust tough With Anti rust technology brush on enamel for free in exchange for my honest opinion. This a very thick paint which offers great coverage and the anti Rust Technology will be great for my iron fence and protect it from rain the drying time was was explained well and this paint has a very light odor which I appreciate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product! Very good coverage needing only one coat with no primer. Much lower odor compared to other paint I have used. Dried quickly as well. Very bright color. It is thick and has a sticky texture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The krylon rust tough brush on enamel works great! It is very easy to apply.And doesn't take many layers. It also dries pretty quickly and has held up on my side by side going through trees pretty well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pieces came out really nice the application was better using a bristle brush than a sponge it did run but Hoang over it smoothed it out It took longer to dry by a few extra hours. I painted outside so the odor was lite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try Krylon Rust Tough Enamel paint, because I had a rusty laundry drying rack that needed help. I sanded, cleaned, and painted the entire rack. While the resulting enamel coating is nice and shiny, I had a hard time getting a smooth coat. The paint is very runny and drips easily. I ended up painting over the whole drying rack a few times to get full coverage and try to minimize the drips and runs. It may have worked better if I had a project with fewer surfaces, or possibly if I did a lighter first coat and came back for a second coat. But because it's oil based, you need to be prepared to clean brushes with solvent or have two sets or disposable brushes since the paint won't come out with just water. For this project I probably would have been better served by spray paint which would have been easier to apply and had less mess. The final enamel coating and shine is very nice, so if you have the right project this could be a great product. But just be prepared to apply the paint carefully to minimize drips and runs.
