Krylon Quick Dry White Gesso 11 oz Spray Paint

Krylon Acrylic Crystal Clear Gloss Spray gives just the right amount of shine and shimmer. The 11 oz. cans last a long time for many paintings (or projects). The cost has gotten higher but it is still reasonable. I am a canvas artist and this is my go-to staple.

The Krylon Workable Fixative has always work really well for the Charcoal drawings I do. I have never had any issues. Always glad to see that they don't spatter or drip.

Krylon Satin Finish is what I use if I am finishing up a charcoal drawing on paper. I does a really good job, and is fast drying.

Great temporary adhesive when repositioning or releasing is necessary. Used to hold stencils in place for spraying and dabbing paints. Very dependable and surprisingly releasable when using with finely detailed stencils.

I use it for anything I don't want to keep bleeding into the paint color on top I also use it to set pencil lines to prevent snearing

Works so well for colored pencils and graphite.

Especially if you use cutting machines using mats, it's a must you have the easy tack! Gesso is super awesome, especially on canvas and wood surfaces with large projects. The ultimate spray adhesive is great for large cut outs needing assembling!!

Good fixative. Drawings only smear if rubbed hard. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or if that has something to do with the spray. I plan on using this spray for all my art needs. I'm not a serious artist, but even hobbyists need to protect their work.

I used this spray gesso for about 20 years. I used it on plaster artwork to prep for painting with acrylic and oil paints thinned out with turpentine. It worked perfectly until they changed the formula. Now it breaks down and mixes in with my paint, especially when I use oils. It actually ruined about 30 pieces of art I was getting ready to put in a show. It even mixes in with acrylic paint if I have to work the paint. It shouldn't be called gesso if it mixes in with your paint!! Gesso is used to prime canvas to accept paint. They should at least change the label and say that you can't use it with oil paint or turpentine. There is a video on YouTube where an artist shows it mixing in with his paints. Does Krylon make a primer I could use in its place? One I could use on plaster, with oil paint and turpentine?
